| Kelsea Weir Born May 25th, 1982, originally from Dallas she moved to North Carolina at the young age of 2. The middle child of 3 eats, sleeps and breathes art. Tattooing now for 7 years she is a self taught tattooist who began her journey at Jam Tattoo and joined the team @ Lucky 13 Tattoo in March 2009. Many years ago a tattoo machine found its way into her hands and the rest is history in the making. As a former art student at UNC Charlotte and an art teacher at Mon Art her artistic style is far beyond others her age. |
